Hello! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping people enhance their self-awareness, build resilience, and to move through life’s challenges with greater clarity. My path into this work began with earning my Bachelors degree in Psychology and Sociology at the College of Charleston, and continued with a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Saint Joseph’s University, where I focused on relational and systemic approaches to therapy.

Throughout my career, I’ve worked in a variety of settings that focused on different levels of care, such as, intensive school-based, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization, and residential. These experiences have helped me to develop a compassionate approach that combines honesty and clarity in order to support personal growth and guide those I work with through change.

Whether you're navigating a specific challenge or simply seeking more connection and clarity in your life, I’m here to support you with empathy, curiosity, and care. Therapy sessions will be thoughtfully tailored to your unique needs, incorporating one or more evidence-based treatment modalities to create a personalized and effective approach. Together, we’ll work toward meaningful progress and lasting change in your life.
